Peel and dice the apples. Put them in a bowl with the raisins, Marsala and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Stir and let stand for 20 minutes. Mix oatmeal, cinnamon, sugar flour and butter to make crumbles.
Divide the apple mixture among 4 small ramekins and cover with the crumble.
Bake the apple crumble at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
