For the apple and curd cheese golaches, first mix the curd cheese with cinnamon, sugar, raisins and vanilla pulp.

Peel the apples, remove the core and dice the flesh. Stir into the curd mixture.

Beat the egg. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four rectangles. Put some curd mixture in the middle of each piece and fold the ends over. Brush with the egg. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the apple and curd golaches at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
