A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Make a smooth yeast dough from the dough ingredients and place in a warm place to rise.

The apples are peeled, core removed, divided into wedges and sprinkled with a tiny bit of juice from a lemon. A vanilla pudding is cooked with the milk. The risen yeast dough is beaten together, placed in the buttered tart springform pan and pressed down well. Some of the cooled custard is placed on top and apple slices are added in a circle.

The curd is mixed well with lemon zest, honey, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, raisins, sugar and the whipped cream, the remaining vanilla pudding is added – stir repeatedly – and this amount is also molded in a circle over the apple pie. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder. The cake or dough must still rise a little and then it is baked at a heat of 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
