For the apple horseradish, preheat oven to 200°C convection oven. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into pieces.

Place apple pieces in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and steam in the oven until soft.

Puree with a blender and stir in the horseradish. Season to taste with salt, apple cider vinegar and sugar if desired.

The apple horseradish goes well with boiled beef or fish.
