For the apple jelly with cinnamon, juice the apples with the juicer – one liter of apple juice should be obtained. Mix the apple juice (1 liter) with the jelling sugar and the juice of the lemon and bring to a boil. Boil for about 5 minutes and add some cinnamon (according to taste).

Immediately pour the apple jelly with cinnamon into the prepared jars and close tightly. Turn over and leave on the lid for 5 minutes.
