Instructions:

Remove the skin from the apples and cut them. Add sugar or honey and let it sit for one night.

A day later, add all the ingredients and knead – spread evenly on well-buttered loaf pans.

Bake at 200 °C for about 1 hour. Leave to rest for a few days.
