For the apple and walnut ring cake, cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the egg yolks. Add all other ingredients such as nuts, chocolate, V sugar and cinnamon to the mixture.

Grate the apples and add them as well. Beat until snowy and fold in gently. Pour into a buttered and flour dusted cake pan.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Finally, dust with a little powdered sugar.
