For the apple pie from the pan, peel the apples and and cut into narrow wedges. Grease the pan, spread the apple slices in the pan and take 2 tablespoons of the 10 tablespoons of sugar.

Sprinkle it on the apples and sauté for a few minutes over medium heat, or heat some butter in the pan and lightly caramelize the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dough.

Add as much milk until the dough can be stirred well. Spread the batter over the apples, place a lid on the pan and bake over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then switch to low heat and continue baking the cake for 15-20 minutes.

Using a large plate, turn out the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
