Instructions:

First, mix the egg yolks, egg, powdered sugar and flour and stir in enough white wine to create the consistency of a pancake dough.

Peel the apples, cut them into eighths and remove the core.

Mix rum and lemon juice and pour over the apple slices.

Pull the apple slices through the dough with a fork and fry in hot shortening until golden brown.

Drain well and serve the apple wedges in wine dough sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
