For the apple strudel made from potato dough, first boil the potatoes and let them cool down (best the day before).
Then press the potatoes through a press. Then knead a dough from the potatoes, a little flour, the egg and a pinch of salt. Roll out the dough and spread the lard evenly on it.
Cut the apples into slices. Put them on top with a little sugar and raisins. Carefully roll up and place in a greased frying pan. Bake the apple strudel from potato dough until golden brown.
