For the apple-yogurt dessert, first stir the yogurt with the lemon juice and cinnamon until smooth. Then grate the apples and add to the yogurt.

Soak the gelatin and let it melt at low temperature. Add about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt-apple mixture to the dissolved gelatin. Stir the gelatin into the remaining yogurt-apple mixture. Season everything together and pour into the cold rinsed ramekins. Now refrigerate the apple yogurt for a few hours or overnight.

Before serving, turn the apple-yogurt dessert out onto a glass plate and pour a little apple juice over it.
