Instructions:

For the applesauce, peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Put apples, water, cinnamon bark and cloves in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.

When the apples are soft, remove the cinnamon bark and cloves and puree everything with a hand blender. Serve the applesauce.
