For the snow:

For the apricot cake, wash apricots, cut in half and core. Make a drift of yolks and egg with sugar and butter.

Stir in flour, cocoa and baking powder. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with apricot halves.

Bake at 175 °C for 20 minutes.

For the snow, beat egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff and spread on the cake. Place in the oven again and bake the apricot cake until the snow is lightly browned.
