A bean recipe for every taste:

Remove the outer leaves and stamens from the artichoke hearts. Rub with salt and juice of one lemon. Next, rinse and divide into four pieces. Sauté the finely chopped onions with oil. Add the artichoke hearts, broad beans, salt and sugar and roast for another 5 minutes. Next, add the water and cook until the vegetables are done. Serve lukewarm with finely chopped dill and the juice of a lemon.
