Tip: If the fish is not cut thinly enough, place it between a freezer bag and carefully roll it out with the corrugated wood.

Whisk lime juice with soy sauce, oils, ginger and wasabi and season to taste. Arrange the salmon fillet on a plate in a fan shape. Spread the lime vinaigrette evenly on top and sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves.
