Instructions:

1. Press an indentation into the flour. Crumble the yeast with a little water and sugar, stirring to dissolve, and pour into the indentation. Add salt, oil and remaining water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with flour and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Rinse and clean the asparagus spears, blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain. Clean vegetable onions, cut into rings, sauté briefly in olive oil. Cut salmon slices into pieces.

3. knead dough heartily, roll out thinly on lightly oiled baking sheet, forming a small edge. Spread dough with sour cream. Spread salmon, asparagus spears, onions, mascarpone, pine nuts and olives evenly on pizza.

Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for about 25 minutes.
