Peel and halve avocados, remove seeds. Cut crosswise into fine wedges. Arrange one half of each avocado on a plate.

Immediately pour the juice of one lemon mixed with honey and dust with cinnamon.

For the sauce, mash the defrosted raspberries with sugar in a hand mixer. Form a thick blob next to each of the marinated avocado wedges.
