A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse edges in water, then pluck into small pieces. Soak in water for about 30 min, squeeze and make with 200 ml of water, stirring until it melts. Strain through a crockery rim into a saucepan and again bring to the boil. Fold in sugar and a tiny bit of salt until sugar is dissolved. Add azuki beans and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to body temperature. Moisten the inside of a rectangular mold, pour in the quantity and let it set for min. 1hr to set in it. Cut the bean jelly into 5x3cm pieces and bring to the table. Decorate with flowers and leaves to taste.

This dessert is served with tea.

Stir the edges, then take 240g of sugar.
