Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the apple-millet pancake, bring 50 ml water and 50 ml milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the millet and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let swell for 20 minutes.

Peel the apples. Cut into cubes, removing the core and the skin. Heat some butter in a pan and sauté the apple cubes until soft.

Add the apple pieces to the cooked millet, sweeten with honey to taste and season the apple-millet pancake with a pinch of cinnamon.
