For the banana-oat porridge, put the oatmeal in a pot with a little water and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer gently for three minutes and remove from heat.
Slice the banana and add to the oatmeal. Blend with a hand blender. Now stir in butter.
If necessary, cool to eating temperature the banana-oat porridge.
