For couscous with vegetables and beef Cover couscous with equal amount of boiling water, add a squeeze of lemon juice, cover and let swell for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, loosen with a fork.
Wash the vegetables, remove the stem, seeds and skin from the bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Cut the cauliflower into very small florets.
Clean the beef well and cut into small cubes. Mix the diced vegetables and meat with the couscous and stir in the butter. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on couscous with vegetables and beef.
