Instructions:

Celery with its essential oils not only smells spicy, but also gives the stew an aromatic note. In addition, celery contains a lot of calcium, iron, provitamin A, vitamins E, C, B1, B2 and B 12. Already in ancient times and the Middle Ages, celery was exceptionally used as a diuretic and general tonic. It is also exceptionally well tolerated by babies.

Rinse and peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean, rinse and also dice tuberous celery. Rinse broccoli, clean and cut into small roses, dice stems. Rinse fish, dry, sprinkle with juice of one lemon and dice. Heat butter in a saucepan, lightly sauté vegetables and potatoes, add just under 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Cook the stew with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add the fish. Rinse the parsley, spin it dry and chop it finely, mix it into the finished stew.

Use a fork to lightly mash the vegetables. For those who don’t like fish, the dish can also be prepared with chicken meat – in this case, steam it for the full cooking time.
