For the bacon green beans with carrot-basil cheese tartlets, cut the carrots into 2 mm strips, blanch. Cut the runner beans into pieces of about 10 cm, also blanch briefly.

Mix the cottage cheese with the grated cheese , garlic and the basil. Season with salt and pepper. Line a medium serving ring with carrot strips.

Then alternate layers with the cheese mixture in a lasagna fashion. Bake in oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. Fry the bacon over medium heat, cut the green beans and the remaining carrots into strips, fry briefly.

Season – carefully, the bacon is very intense. Arrange the tartlet on the bacon green beans.
