For the bacon-wrapped melons, cut open the sugar melon and remove all seeds. Cut the melon into wedges and then remove the skin with a knife. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Wrap the melon pieces in bacon and put them on the baking paper. Drizzle with honey and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn the melon over and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Arrange the bacon-wrapped melon with salmon and radishes and serve.
