100 g (half package) feta cheese (soak 1/2 day).

Coat baguette with olive oil (do not soak), can also be flavored olive oil. Pepper can be sprinkled on here for stronger seasoning. Split the tuna with a fork and spread evenly on the baguette, crumble the feta cheese over it (!!! by hand), chop enough parsley, garlic and the onion and sprinkle on top. Cook at 150-160 degrees for about 15-20 min. more than bake, can also be done in the microwave, but then place the baguette with the cut on a plate / baking tray and briefly toast with hot air, so that it becomes crispy.
