Baguette with Minced Meat Filling

Instructions:

Cut baguette in half and hollow out. Soak the bread crumbs in the canned milk. Whisk the mince with it, add the paradeis pulp, mustard, egg and the finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture on the hollowed out baguette halves.

Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.

Form tomato slices on top and sprinkle with basil and oregano. Form the grated cheese on top and bake at 220 °C from scratch for 10 min.
