Instructions:

Stir egg yolks and sugar until light in color. Whip cream until stiff, add to mixture. Add Baileys.

Whip egg whites until stiff, add sugar and continue to whip briefly and mix into the mixture. Fill the entire delicacy into portion molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.
