For the baked apple, wash the apple and cut out the core. Fill the opening with raisins and almond leaves. Stir the whipped cream with the nuts, syrup and cinnamon and pour over the apple.

Place in a small baking dish with a lid and cook at 175 degrees in a convection oven for about 25 minutes.

The apple is ready when the skin cracks. Sprinkle with acerola powder at the end.
