Instructions:

Boil celery slices in water with juice of one lemon, sugar and salt and boil for 5 min. Drain the celery.

Mix eggs with salt and pepper, mix sesame seeds with bread crumbs. Turn celery slices in egg to the other side and coat with sesame mixture.

Heat clarified butter and fry celery slices in it on both sides until golden brown.

For the sauce, cut cucumbers into small cubes, chives into rolls. Mix mayo with yogurt and mustard. Fold in cucumbers and chives.

Divide lettuce leaves evenly on plates, arrange celery with sauce on top and garnish with lemon slices.
