For the baked fish fillet on tomatoes, first wash the fish fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic, add tomato pieces and sauté briefly. Mix butter with breadcrumbs and basil, season with salt and pepper.

Put the tomato pieces in a baking dish, place the fish fillets on top and spread the breadcrumb mixture on the fish. Bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until crispy.

Arrange the baked fish fillet on tomatoes and serve.
