For baked ham patties, cook the patties according to the package instructions, strain and rinse in cold water. Cut the ham into cubes, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix yolks, sour cream, whipped cream, ham, salt, pepper and Fleckerl, add breadcrumbs and fold in the snow.

Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 1 hour.

Arrange the baked ham fritters and serve.
