Baked Nutella Cheesecake

For the Nutella Cheesecake, first prepare the cookie base. Finely crumble the butter cookies and mix well with the melted butter.

Line the bottom of a round baking pan with baking paper, spread the butter cookies flat in it and press firmly.

For the cheesecake mixture, mix all the ingredients together well, empty onto the cookie base and smooth out. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees convection for about 45-50 minutes.

Remove the Nutella Cheesecake from the oven, allow to cool slightly and portion into equal-sized pieces.
