Instructions:

Season the pike fillets with salt and pepper and lightly fry them for a few min with a little bit of oil from both sides. Remove the peel from the onions and garlic and sauté them in oil. Now together with the other ingredients (except whipped cream, salt, pepper and oil) in a hand mixer form.

Stir until a soft, uniform mixture is obtained. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the oil. Place the pike fillets in an ovenproof dish, pour the ingredients over them and finally add the whipped cream. Bake the dish at 225 °C for about half an hour, it should then have a nice golden brown color.
