Cut broccoli with a small knife, remove stalk and cut broccoli roses in half if necessary.

Overcook in a little boiling salted water for about 20 seconds, then cool in ice-cold water (= blanch). Let dry on kitchen paper.

Cut off the ends of the zucchini, cut the rest diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick. Clean mushrooms, halve or quarter large mushrooms.

Dredge the vegetables first in flour, pass them through the beaten, salted eggs and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs.

Put the vegetables in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer, add a little oil to the cooking chamber and bake at 185 °C for about 8-10 minutes until crispy.

Arrange and serve with a dip of your choice.
