Isomalt is a compound of sorbitol, mannitol and glucose that does not cause tooth decay. Fry nuts and seeds in a coated frying pan, let Isomalt melt and fold in nuts. Spread the amount on parchment paper and break into pieces when cool. Instead of almond kernels and pistachios, you can equally use pumpkin seeds and flax seeds. The brittle can be sprinkled over yogurt or stirred into it. It is excellent for almost all sweet desserts made from yogurt or possibly or curd.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
