Instructions:

For the balloon potatoes, wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Place them on a baking tray with the cut side facing up.

Lightly but evenly salt the cut surfaces and bake in a preheated oven at 220°. After about 25 minutes, the cut surface will bulge.

Then bake for at least 5 more minutes, until the balloon peas turn golden brown.
