For the banana nut spread, grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze the fruit.
Soak the raisins in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
In a high mixing bowl, mix the banana, ground nuts, butter and pear syrup. Add the raisins and blend with a hand blender.
