Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 160°C.For the banana slices, beat eggs and water for about 5 minutes until foamy, sprinkle in sugar, continue beating for 2 minutes. Squeeze gelatine and dissolve in the no longer hot pudding mixture. Then cut the bananas into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, pour into a paper cone and decorate the banana slices with it in the form of a lattice.Chill the banana slices in the mold for at least 4 hours, then carefully remove the mold and cut into slices.
