For the sausages with mashed potatoes, peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and boil them. Just before they are ready, start with the sausages.

To do this, heat oil in pan and fry sausages vigorously. Then take out. Halve and slice onions, fry until soft.

Then pour in soup and boil until liquid starts to reduce. Season heavily with Worcester sauce and return sausages to pan.

Turn off stove and use residual heat. Now prepare the mashed potatoes from the remaining ingredients and serve with the sausages.
