Instructions:

Mix everything into a very tough dough, dust with flour* and form a flat. Bake in a frying pan in oil (oil must be very hot) or possibly in a homemade stone oven (burnt-out campfire, stones). Variations: with raisins or possibly roasted bacon, onions, muesli, etc. (mix it all into the dough).

If you want to serve it warm on the spot, don’t bake it so long, but make it nice and juicy. For later consumption, bake until it is as dry as the “kebab” bread.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
