Rinse fillet, dry well. Cut bacon into even strips. Lard fillet with it. Season with salt. Grind with a pepper mill. Heat oil in saucepan until smoking hot. Add meat and brown all over. Add lemon spiral and cleaned, chopped greens in the same way and sauté with the peeled, diced onion in the saucepan. Take out the lemon spiral. Pour beef broth over the roast. Put it into the hot stove.

Cooking time: 20 min

Electric stove: 180 °C

Gas stove: level 3
