Preheat electric kitchen oven to 175 °C. Prepare muffin baking tray or place two paper cups in each tray. Melt butter and allow to cool.

Mix salt, flour, baking powder and sugar. Whisk liquid butter with eggs and buttermilk. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk mixture until well blended.

Pour the batter into the cups of the muffin tray or the ramekins and bake in the oven at 175 degrees (gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Cool the muffins a little bit and take them out.
