For the roast pork, season the roast pork well on all sides. Heat some oil in a pan and sear all sides.
Put the roast in a heatproof pot and pour the soup over the bottom. Now leave it covered in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Then pour soup again and bake for another 20 minutes. Repeat the process two more times – total baking time 1 hour 20 minutes.
Pour over the last time, do not put a lid on the pot anymore. Slice roast pork thinly with a sharp knife.
