Crush the strawberries, keeping a few fruits. Mix the strawberry puree with the yogurt. Fold in the sugar, vanilla sugar and the juice of one lemon. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze in the freezer, whisking several times. Bring to the table garnished with the retained fruit.

Use cherries, apples, blackberries or blueberries, for example! Depending on your mood, you can either cut these fruits into pieces or puree them completely.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt yes as needed!
