Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it for 5 min. with the lid closed until translucent. Then add the carrots, turnips and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the cabbage and half of the parsley, the beans and the tomatoes to the vegetables. Pour everything together with the vegetable soup and let it boil.

Cover and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serve the soup in deep plates with the remaining parsley and the grated cheese separately.
