Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Rinse beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes and drain. Cook the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes and drain.

Rinse tomatoes, blanch briefly with boiling water, peel and quarter. Scrape out the inner, soft pulp. Coarsely chop tomato quarters and set aside.

Remove peel from onion and garlic clove and chop finely. Heat olive oil (1) in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic in it.

Add the tomato pulp, half of the beans and the clear soup and make. Blend everything with the hand blender.

Add the rest of the beans, tomatoes and noodles, heat for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse parsley, chop. Arrange soup in plates, mix in olive oil (2) each and sprinkle with parsley.
