Dice bacon. Fry in a saucepan. Sauté peeled, coarsely diced onions in it. Rinse and dry the peas. Also coarsely dice. Add to the onions and sauté. Pour in beef broth. Do 60 min. In the meantime, string, rinse and break the beans. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add with the beans and washed savory. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle seasoning. Make about 30 min. Season again and garnish with parsley.
