A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Place honey, sugar and water in a frying pan and heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Stir from time to time. Cool.
Add the remaining ingredients, dissolving the salt in the milk. Mix everything into a dough. Do not knead. Leave in a cool place for 24 hours with the lid closed.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out or possibly cut round patties. Place them on baking sheets lined with tin foil and brush with milk. Mark with a fork.
Bake at 200-220 °C for about 15 min. After baking, cool inverted on a rack.
For treats:
Roll out dough into a rectangle and cut out small rectangles: about 9 by 5 centimeters. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spacing them out a little, and brush with milk. Bake at 200 °C for about 10 min.
