Make potatoes, cut into slices. Divide cauliflower into roses, cook in salted water for 8 min. Cook peas for 5 minutes. Cut fish sausage into strips, dice onion. Fry both in oil. Layer with potatoes, cabbage and peas in a gratin dish. Sauté flour and fat. Deglaze with milk and whipping cream, bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper and add half of the cheese. Spread the sauce evenly over the saucepan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 175 °C for 15-20 min.
