Instructions:

For the beef escalopes with mushrooms, salt and pepper the escalopes and fry them in margarine.

Take out the cutlets and fry the chopped onion and the chopped root vegetables in the residue of the roast. Finally, add minced garlic and tomato paste.

Pour about 1/2 lt. of water and add the cutlets and spices. When the meat is soft, remove and puree the sauce.

Add mushrooms to the sauce and simmer for about 10 min. and season to taste. Add the meat and let it simmer for a few more minutes, then serve.
